This Privacy Policy explains how WarzInk LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Noku mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

What We Collect (Data Minimization)
- Email address (for account): received via Sign in with Apple. We store only an email (often Apple’s private relay). We do not store your name.
- Usage Data: device and diagnostics (e.g., IP address, OS/version, app interactions, crash/diagnostic data) generated by your use of the App.
Data We Do Not Collect
- No phone number, postal address, contacts, or precise GPS location.
- No camera/photos unless we add a feature that clearly asks and you consent.
- No social profile data (no Facebook/Twitter/Google login).
- No payment card numbers (all payments go through Apple).
How We Use Data
- Provide and maintain the App (create/manage your account; deliver features; prevent abuse; diagnostics).
- Purchases & subscriptions: validate and fulfill in-app purchases (coins/subscriptions) and entitlements.
- Support & communications: respond to messages; send essential service notices (e.g., purchase receipts, security updates).
- Improve the App: analyze usage and performance trends (aggregate/de-identified where possible).
Payments & RevenueCat
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your card or full billing details. We use RevenueCat to manage entitlements and subscription status. RevenueCat provides purchase history and active/canceled status so we can deliver paid features. See: revenuecat.com/privacy.
Sign in with Apple
At first sign-in, Apple may share a name and email. We store only the email and discard any name. You can revoke access via your Apple ID settings.
Legal Bases (EEA/UK)
- Contract: create/manage your account and deliver purchased content.
- Legitimate interests: secure and improve the App (balanced against your rights).
- Legal obligations: comply with law (e.g., tax, fraud prevention).
- Consent: for optional features that require it (withdraw anytime in-app or via settings).
Sharing
- Service providers (processors): hosting, diagnostics/analytics, and RevenueCat—only as needed to operate the App and under confidentiality obligations.
- Compliance, safety, legal: if required by law or to protect rights, users, or the public.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (notice provided where required).
Ads, Tracking, and Cookies
We do not use third-party advertising SDKs and do not sell your personal information. We do not track you across third-party apps or websites for advertising. If we introduce ads or cross-app tracking later, we will update this Policy and request consent where required.
International Transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers (e.g., contractual protections).
Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it. If you request account deletion, we delete associated personal data unless we must retain limited records to comply with law, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes.
Your Rights
- EEA/UK: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): rights to know, delete, correct, and opt-out of “sharing”/“sale.” We do not sell personal information. To exercise rights, email support@warzink.com.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Managing Your Data
- Access/Deletion: contact support@warzink.com. If available, in-app deletion removes your personal data unless retention is required by law.
- Email preferences: opt out of non-essential emails. Transactional/service emails (e.g., purchases, security) may still be sent.
- Apple ID: manage “Sign in with Apple” permissions in your Apple account.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. We will post updates here and revise the “Last updated” date. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide additional notice (e.g., in-app).
